The ESADEGov Center for Public Governance’s main aim is to consolidate public sector organizations with a civil service culture rooted in performance management and accountability. Within this institute there is a specialized Research Group for Public Leadership and Innovation. The interest of the group is focused on the role of democratic public leadership as a driving force for institutional development and on the role of networks, alliances and partnerships in public management.
Responsibility and involvement in REPLICATE
ESADE leads the EXPLOITATION OF RESULTS – INDUSTRIAL BUSINESS PLANS within REPLICATE.
The objective is to elaborate sectorial business analyses in order to provide industrial partners participating in the pilots an overview of business opportunities.
Specific activities
ESADE will contribute to the definition of city plans (city strategy), the design of the partners’ business plans, as well as public-private partnership opportunities.
